• Hub Club sign-ups: first name, mobile number, postcode, and your SMS consent.
• Contact & stockist enquiries: your name, email, phone, business name and message.
• Website usage: pages viewed, clicks and device/browser information via analytics cookies.

• To text you about fresh drops and local deliveries (Hub Club members only).
• To respond to your enquiry or stockist request.
• To improve the website and understand what's useful to our community.

Your information is stored securely in our backend database, hosted in Australia through our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to the Farmers Hub team. We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run Farmers Hub, including:

• Our website and database host.
• Our SMS provider, for sending Hub Club updates.
• Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics), in aggregated form.

When you join The Hub Club you're agreeing to receive text messages about fresh produce drops and local deliveries. You can opt out any time by replying STOP to any message, or by visiting farmershub.net/hub-club/opt-out.

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it. Email sandy@farmershub.net and we'll action it within a reasonable timeframe.

Farmers Hub is not intended for children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
